  1. Lemongrass = tanglad, food/spice in chicken or seafoods
Citronella = citronella, biopesticide, not food

Medicines or functional foods, CONSISTENCY is the secret, it means drinking it 3x daily.

If boiling 3x a day is difficult because we are working, I found lemongrass hydrosol of lemongrass. 1 bottle lasts 11 days, 3 tablespoons in a cup of water 3x daily.

If you want to keep the blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar fown using lemongrass, drink it together with your medicines first. Do a lab test after 7 days and another after 30 days. Show both results to your doctor and allow him/her to be the one to reduce the medicines based on the results of your lab tests.

Then we save ourselves from having to undergo dialysis in the future, because kidneys will always absorb the first impacts of any medicine.

    in my humble opinion
